This privacy statement explains how Loopefy Technology Europe AS collects and processes personal data from Hulii.no.

Loopefy Technology Europe AS, has the day-to-day responsibility for the processing of personal data and is responsible for ensuring that all processing and handling of personal data occurs in accordance with applicable legislation.

Personal information provided in connection with registering orders and receiving newsletters goes through the systems of the supplier of our website and logistics solution.

Our website and logistics solution are provided by Multicase AS and stored on servers operated by Braathe AS.

Loopefy Technology Europe AS has a data processing agreement with Multicase AS and Braathe AS that regulates what information they have access to and how it will be processed.

Loopefy Technology Europe AS has its own data protection officer. The duties of the data protection officer are to provide employees with information and advice on data protection legislation, monitor compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and internal guidelines. As well as provide advice on data protection implications and be a point of contact for data subjects and the supervisory authority.

The statement contains information about your rights when storing personal data through a customer relationship with hulii.no, and general information about how we process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Loopefy Technology Europe AS does not share personal information with others, or use the information for purposes other than those stated in this privacy policy.

1.Personal data

We collect two types of information from you:

To make a purchase on hulii.no, we need your first name, last name, address, zip code, city, email address and telephone number.

This is necessary to be able to send your order to the correct delivery address, keep you updated on order movements and contact you if there is a need in accordance with your orders.

We are required to retain order information for accounting, tax processing and any warranty/return handling. This history is deleted after ten years. We also retain the IP address used when ordering for security reasons.

For different purposes we may need other personal data. Which personal data and the purpose of this is described here in the privacy policy.

Information we collect when you visit hulii.no:

When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about products/product categories you click on, the type of device you use (mobile, tablet, computer), IP address, operating system and how you use the website.

This information is anonymized and cannot be linked to names. We use this information to improve our website and to customize our marketing on external platforms.

1.1. Your rights

We are committed to providing our customers with correct and up-to-date contact information. You can therefore change your contact information such as email, address and telephone number in the customer center in the online store or by contacting us.

You have the right to access your personal data that Hulii.no has registered in accordance with applicable law. You can at any time request to receive this information free of charge in accordance with the law.

You can also, at any time, ask us to delete or correct your personal data, provided that we are not obliged to retain it under applicable law or other obligations we have.

You have the right to receive your own personal information that you have provided to hulii.no.

You have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you feel that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with this statement.

1.2. Archiving of personal data

The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for 5 years. In order to safeguard customers' rights in connection with warranties and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act and the Purchase Act.

1.3. Securing personal data

Loopefy Technology Europe AS has good routines and comprehensive measures to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data, and that the processing of data is in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.

2. Delivery of goods

We cooperate with Bring/Posten for the transport of goods. We provide personal information that is necessary for them to be able to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, street address, email address, telephone number and desired delivery location. The information is deleted within 36 months.

3. Payment solutions

For security reasons, we keep a history that contains the IP address we receive orders from. Payment information at hulii.no is: IP address, name, address, email, date of birth and mobile phone number. All systems that process personal data related to payment of orders are strictly limited to employees who perform necessary tasks related to the order.

3.1. Card payments

Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any problems with charging, cancellation of reservations and credits. It is not possible for hulii.no to see your full card number in any of our systems after a purchase has been made. If you choose card as a payment method, payment information and card details will be shared with our card payment provider: Nets. Payment and card details are only used to make a payment.

3.2. Payment methods from Riverty

If you wish to enter into an invoice, installment or payment deferral agreement with Riverty, you must consent to Riverty performing a credit check based on your personal identification number. If you wish, we will transfer your personal identification number to them. If you enter into an installment agreement, Riverty will store payment information and personal identification number until the loan is terminated. For payment methods provided by Riverty, their privacy policy will apply to your relationship with them.

4. Returns / Service Partners

In connection with the return and repair of products, hulii.no collaborates with selected service partners. If an item we have sold has a defect according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act or the Purchase Act, the customer has the right to have it repaired free of charge. The item will then be handled by one of our service partners, and we will share personal information with the service partner. The information will consist of name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase receipt (purchase history). In cases where the item cannot be repaired, the service partner can share the receipt with the manufacturer. This is so that hulii.no can be notified that the item can be replaced with a new one or credited.

5. Sharing of data

Loopefy Technology Europe AS does not share, sell or exchange any information with outside parties. Third party companies only have access to the information that is necessary to perform the tasks they have agreed with us. Loopefy Technology Europe AS may share data if there is a suspicion of a violation of the law and/or a request from the authorities/police.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a website.

6.1 How to avoid cookies

If you wish to avoid the use of cookies, you can set your browser to not accept them. See your browser's help pages for settings. Please note that if you choose to exclude cookies, several of the features on Hulii.no will stop working.

6.2 Analysis

Loopefy Technology Europe AS collects anonymized information about visitors to Hulli.no for analysis.

By anonymized information we mean information that cannot be traced back to a user or person.

We collect data to be able to examine the use of the website, so that we can give you the best possible experience, improve the website and to adapt our marketing.

We also collect search terms used via the search engine on the website. This is only to improve search results and customer experience, and no information is collected that can be traced back to the user.

Data that we use for analysis is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6 f).

6.3 Personalization

In order to provide you with a relevant and good experience in our online store, we use functions and systems to personalize the content so that it is tailored to you and your interests.

6.4 Marketing

We want our marketing to feel relevant and valuable to you at all times, which is why the content will most often be customized.

In some cases, we also send out marketing in connection with your active customer relationship where relevant, see Marketing Act §15.

6.5 Personal data to third parties

Your data will only be shared if we are legally obligated to do so, or if we obtain your consent. Business partners will only have access to the information if this is necessary to perform services for Loopefy Technology Europe AS. In such cases, data processing agreements are entered into to ensure information security.

6.6. Newsletter and communication

We offer newsletters by email. The content of these will often be tailored to you, with relevant information and offers. Receiving these newsletters is voluntary, and you must explicitly give your consent.

We also send out order and shipping documents, surveys and follow-up emails related to purchases made with us.

7. Changes to the declaration

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review the policy regularly.
