Terms of sale and delivery

Hulii sells used products. These are delivered without chargers or other equipment unless otherwise specified.

Delivery

The goods are prepared for delivery after registered payment. Delivery takes place to the customer's specified address.

The seller is responsible and at risk for the products until they are in the buyer's possession. After receiving the products, the buyer should, within a reasonable time, check that the correct products have been delivered in the correct quantities, or whether the products contain any defects or deficiencies.

Other

The seller reserves the right to make corrections to errors and/or omissions in product descriptions, prices, marketing, technical solutions, inventory and all other matters where an error has occurred. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or parts thereof if an error has occurred, in the event of sold-out product(s) or in situations where the seller cannot deliver according to information provided in the online store, through marketing or otherwise.

When the buyer receives the goods, it is recommended that he or she reasonably examines whether they are in accordance with the order, whether they have defects or whether they have been damaged during transport. If the goods do not correspond to the order or have defects, the buyer must notify the seller by means of a complaint, cf. “Complaints in case of defects and deadline for reporting claims in case of delay”
