Right of withdrawal and return

The buyer may cancel the purchase of the product in accordance with the provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act. The right of cancellation means that the buyer can return the product to the seller without reason even if there is no defect. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of cancellation within 30 days of receiving the product.

The buyer may examine the product before he or she regrets the purchase. The product must, however, be able to be returned to the seller in the same condition as when the buyer received it, including accessories that came with the product. The seller may require the buyer to compensate for any reduction in value resulting from the buyer's handling of the product that has not been necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the product.

How do you return an item to Hulli?

Send an email to kundeservice@hulii.no stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal on your purchase.

In order for us to process your cancellation request, it is important that the item you send in is delivered in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

This means that:

- All content is deleted and the phone is 100% reset

- Code lock / pattern lock / password has been removed

- The phone MUST be deactivated from user accounts such as Apple ID and iCloud, KIES, etc.

- The retail box and all contents must be returned as you received it from us.

Items locked with personal account will be returned back to you!

Complaints and Warranty

In the case of consumer purchases, the buyer may, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, make a complaint about the product. Complaints regarding matters related to the delivery (such as errors or deficiencies in the delivery) must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, but no longer than three months from the time the defect was discovered.

The right to a complaint runs for two years from the time the buyer took over the product. Even if a product is within the complaint period, not all types of failure will be considered legal defects that give the customer rights. There is a specific assessment in each individual case, and for used products, expectations of durability often have to be adjusted somewhat downwards.

How do you go about advertising a product to Hulli?

Send an email to kundeservice@hulii.no stating what is wrong with the product and you will receive information on how to send the item to us. Once the item has been received, it will be examined by us. If the item is not physically damaged (broken, liquid damaged, etc.) or locked to an account/contains personal information, this will be treated as a warranty case.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

Battery failure occurring later than 12 months after purchase.

Self-inflicted damage such as cracks in the glass/screen, the product has bent, damage to buttons, camera.

Moisture damage

Errors in third-party software

Shipping damage to the product due to buyer's irresponsibility

Defects resulting from the product being attempted to be repaired by the customer themselves or a third party without the seller's prior approval.

The customer has forgotten their Apple ID or password.
